Young scientists aged with a PhD degree (or equivalent) in chemistry or its allied areas are invited to compete; the age limit is 39. Successful projects will be selected by an international scientific jury. Grants will be up to US$30,000 and should be awarded for research that may be completed in one year. Young scientists are invited to submit their applications for PhosAgro\/UNESCO\/IUPAC grants in green chemistry.<\/p>\n<div class=\"csc-textpic-text\">\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The deadline for submission of applications for this seventh round of applications is 31 January 2021. The next round of applications will also be announced on this website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">For detailed information, please read the applications documents below carefully.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Green Chemistry special grants for research projects on phosphogypsum<\/strong><br \/>\nThis special call for applications is opened by PhosAgro, UNESCO and IUPAC in response to societal and environmental needs. This special grant will be awarded to a project in green chemistry, by a young scientists, focusing on innovations in the processing and utilization of phosphogypsum, a mineral technogenic waste material produced in great quantities.
