{"id":419,"date":"2015-09-16T09:21:05","date_gmt":"2015-09-16T13:21:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/theeiupac.wpengine.com\/?page_id=419"},"modified":"2023-11-17T02:19:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T07:19:00","slug":"journals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iupac.org\/what-we-do\/journals\/","title":{"rendered":"Journals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IUPAC disseminates the output of its scientific activities through a variety of channels, including journals that are produced in partnership with major STM publishing houses. \u00a0The journals include:<\/p>\n<div id=\"centered\">\n<div id=\"col_right\">\n<div id=\"content_frame\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"c12\" class=\"csc-default\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iupac.org\/what-we-do\/journals\/pure-and-applied-chemistry\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Pure and Applied Chemistry<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(<em>PAC<\/em>)<\/a><br \/>\nIUPAC&#8217;s official journal is published monthly and includes recommendations, technical reports, and lectures from conferences. <em>PAC<\/em>\u00a0is published in partnership with De Gruyter and the online version is available on the publisher&#8217;s website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.degruyter.com\/pac\">degruyter.com\/pac<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mc.manuscriptcentral.com\/pac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0here to access <em>manuscript central<\/em>, the online manuscripts platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"centered\">\n<div id=\"col_right\">\n<div id=\"content_frame\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"c12\" class=\"csc-default\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iupac.org\/what-we-do\/journals\/chemistry-international\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Chemistry International<\/strong><\/em> (<em>CI<\/em>)<\/a><br \/>\nIUPAC&#8217;s news magazine is published\u00a0quarterly and keeps you informed of IUPAC&#8217;s activities. <em>CI<\/em>\u00a0is published in partnership with De Gruyter and the online version is available on the publisher&#8217;s website at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.degruyter.com\/view\/j\/ci\">\u00a0degruyter.com\/ci.<\/a><br \/>\nAn initiative in recognition of IUPAC\u2019s Centenary in 2019 and which end goal is to showcase the value of Chemistry (and chemists!) and to inform the general public as to how the chemical sciences contribute to the well-being of Society and the sustainability of Planet Earth is to publish each year the <a href=\"https:\/\/iupac.org\/what-we-do\/top-ten\/\">Top 10 Emerging Technologies in Chemistry<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"centered\">\n<div id=\"col_right\">\n<div id=\"content_frame\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"c12\" class=\"csc-default\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iupac.org\/what-we-do\/journals\/chemistry-teacher-international\/\"><em><strong>Chemistry Teacher International<\/strong><\/em> (<em>CTI<\/em>)<\/a><br \/>\nPeer-reviewed Open Access journal from the <a href=\"\/body\/050\">Committee on Chemistry Education<\/a> (CCE),\u00a0<em>CTI<\/em> aims to be a platform for teachers of all levels, focusing on researchers in chemistry education.
